Delivery Times
All ropes ordered from the UK store are made to order and built by hand at our UK head office. Please allow up to 4 days for your order to be processed, built and dispatched.

Except where otherwise stated, estimated shipping times begin once the item has been shipped, not from the day the order was placed. Shipping times provided by the courier are estimates, not guarantees.
If your order is urgent, get in touch to let us know as soon as you place your order to prevent a delay.

Tracking
Mainland UK
For peace of mind, we use Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next day with door-to-door tracking. If you need something urgently for a birthday present or a tight deadline, get in touch to requst expedited fulfilment which uses Royal Mail Special Delivery.
International
Our non-urgent tracked shipping option includes tracking up until the point the package leaves the UK. After that, Royal Mail is unable to track it any longer. If you'd like extra peace of mind, you can choose our urgent tracked shipping option which offers door-to-door tracking & faster delivery times (via Fedex or DPD).

International Orders
We work with official resellers in many countries who import our ropes in bulk, giving you faster delivery times, no unexpected import fees or customs duties, and the convenience of paying in your local currency.
For countries where we no do not have an official reseller, we can sometimes ship directly from the UK, from £13.
If no shipping options are offered for your country, get in touch for a quotation. Due to recent changes in e-commerce packaging laws in the EU, we are unable to fulfil orders to most EU countries.

Incomplete Delivery Info
Delays will occur if shipping information is not provided accurately.
Shipments returned to The Jump Rope Company Ltd due to, but not limited to, missing or incomplete delivery details will incur a repeat shipping charge to be shipped again.
The Jump Rope Company Ltd reserves the right to refuse or issue replacement orders or a refund on any order(s) where incomplete or inaccurate shipping information resulted in the inability to successfully deliver an order. Replacement orders may only be offered at The Jump Rope Company Ltd's discretion and may incur a repeat shipping charge to be shipped again.
If you pay for the incorrect shipping option or place your order from the wrong store your order will be cancelled automatically and you will be contacted to re-place the order correctly so that you pay the correct amount for sales taxes and shipping.

Lost Packages
Couriers only consider items as lost after a certain length of time from the date which they were shipped.

If you suspect your order has been lost, please get in touch with usso it can be investigated.
Due to the aforementioned time window(s) provided by Royal Mail, we will not investigate any delays before it has passed.
The Jump Rope Company Ltd reserves the right to provide replacements or issue refunds until claims are accepted by the postal service.

Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes & custom duties - if you're ordering from a country where we have an official reseller, then taxes & duties will not be charged.
Any such fees are due separately and The Jump Rope Company Ltd is not liable for these costs - these are your responsibility to pay.
Delays at customs may occur due to unpaid fees, and in some cases your order may be returned to us. If this happens, a repeat shipping charge will be required.
Due to couriers charging us a penalty for returned items due to unpaid import fess by the recipient, refunds will not be accepted on these orders.

Returns & Refunds
We understand that from time to time you may not be entirely satisfied with your purchase.
We accept returns on any order within 14 days of you receiving it. For orders sent with untracked shipping, we will assume a delivery time of 6 days (3x the estimated delivery time), increasing the cool-off period to 20 days.

Returned goods must include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation to identify you. You are liable for the cost of returning your order. We recommend using a tracked service and keep the proof of postage, as returned goods remain your responsibility until we have safely received them.
Returned items must be unused. We reserve the right to refund any returned item which we suspect has been used. If you live abroad and ordered from one of our official resellers, contact them directly before returning your goods as the consumer laws around refunds/returns may differ. The above information applies to our UK customers in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
